I invite you to experiernce the difference of this integrative approach!
Welcome & Hello!
I’m Joi Dupre and I am passionate about movement and massage as well as creating a space that cultivates physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
I bring my passion, commitment, and knowledge of movement and bodywork to each session and class providing a nurturing, healing, and educative experience to create balance in all areas of your life.
My purpose in my practice is that everyone is able to move through life effectively and efficiently with ease, freedom, power, and peace.
Movement is LIFE!
“Much more of the brain is devoted to movement than to language. Language is only a little thing sitting on top of this huge ocean of movement.” – Oliver Sacks, Neurologist
Orthopedic Massage & Bodywork
A blend of orthopedic styles of massage and bodywork to create a session that is specific to your individual needs. Integrating these therapeutic modalities will provide a more effective session allowing for quicker recovery and healing. Styles of bodywork include: Orthopedic Massage, Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, Muscle Energy Techniques, and Neuromuscular Therapy. Sessions are active in nature in which the client may be asked to participate actively or passively to further facilitate the effectiveness of the techniques. Form dictates Function; so, posture will be evaluated to design a treatment plan that best serves the client. To further treat, I incorporate neuromuscular positional drills with diaphragmatic breathing.

Movement Assessment & Corrective Exercise
Experience freedom from movement limitations and pain through Integrated biomechanics of human movement based on the teachings of Conor Harris, Postural Restoration Institute, Zac Cupples, Katie St. Clair and David Grey Rehab. Each session will begin with an assessment and identification of biomechanical limitations in movement and postural patterns. Once limitiations are identified, an application of neuromuscular corrective exercise protocols with diaphragmatic breathing will be assigned.
LYT ® Method Functional Yoga & Movement
Founded by international yoga pioneer and Physical therapist Lara Heimann, LYT™ is a sophisticated method of practice that is based on the three principles of Physiology, Kinesiology and Neurology. With a core understanding of movement from a cellular level while highlighting the mechanics of how movement happens, the LYT Method is an intense movement experience that systematically overrides the patterns of compensation and strategies through an exploration of brain mapping and purposeful movement. Learn the why behind every movement to harness your power and be your best. It is an energizing and playful core based vinyasa practice. I also infuse my biomechanics knowledge into these functional yoga and movement classes.

Did You Know?
You don’t have to always have
something physically wrong.
You don’t have to get used to
discomfort. Through
movement education and
orthopedic bodywork you will
feel amazing, energized, and at
home in your body. Optimal,
not perfect, posture will create
a happy body, mind, & spirit.
In a short amount of time, with
proper awareness, good
movement, & core integration,
there can be change. It will
only last if done repetitively
because that is when changes
happen. When you practice it
enough, your brain chooses
that pathway versus the old
habitual pathway.
