Orthopedic Massage & Movement Therapy

I combine the power of manual therapy with targeted neuromuscular breathing drills to ease pain, release tension, and restore natural movement. Every session is tailored to support your unique needs—helping you move with greater ease, strength, and confidence. My goal is for you to feel truly at home in your body and empowered to enjoy life without limitations.


If a relaxing massage is what you're seeking, I offer a soothing, relaxation massage flow that will melt away tension, calm your mind, and leave you feeling deeply restored, balanced, and at ease.


In addition, I offer targeted movement therapy designed to address the root causes of movement limitations that may be contributing to pain and discomfort. I also teach LYT Method Functional Yoga classes at Green Tara Yoga. These biomechanics-centered classes create a mobility-enhancing journey to achieve optimum function.

I combine various orthopedic styles of massage and bodywork to create sessions tailored to each client’s individual needs. By integrating these therapeutic modalities, I aim to provide more effective treatments that promote quicker recovery and healing.
My approach blends Orthopedic Massage, Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, Muscle Energy Techniques, Neuromuscular Therapy, and PRI Manual and Non-Manual Therapy Techniques. Each session is integrated, and clients may be asked to participate actively or passively to enhance the effectiveness of the techniques.

Understanding that joint position dictates muscle function, I prioritize assessments before each session to identify the root cause of a client’s pain, discomfort, or complaints. This process allows me to design a treatment plan that best serves their needs.

Experience freedom from movement limitations and pain through integrated biomechanics, drawing on the teachings of biomechanics experts Conor Harris, the Applied Integration Academy, the Postural Restoration Institute, Zac Cupples, and Katie St. Clair. Each session begins with a thorough assessment to identify biomechanical limitations in movement and postural patterns. Once these limitations are identified, neuromuscular corrective exercise protocols combined with diaphragmatic breathing techniques are applied to address them effectively. For those seeking a more comprehensive approach, full training sessions based on these principles are also available.

Founded by international yoga pioneer and physical therapist Lara Heimann, LYT is a sophisticated practice method rooted in the principles of physiology, kinesiology, and neurology. This method emphasizes a deep understanding of movement mechanics while offering an intense, purposeful movement experience.

The LYT Method systematically reprograms compensatory patterns and strategies by exploring brain mapping and intentional movement. It empowers practitioners to understand the "why" behind each movement, unlocking their full potential.
