ThrougH
Orthopedic Massage & Movement Therapy
I combine the power of manual therapy with targeted neuromuscular breathing drills to ease pain, release tension, and restore natural movement. Every session is tailored to support your unique needs—helping you move with greater ease, strength, and confidence. My goal is for you to feel truly at home in your body and empowered to enjoy life without limitations.
If a relaxing massage is what you're seeking, I offer a soothing, relaxation massage flow that will melt away tension, calm your mind, and leave you feeling deeply restored, balanced, and at ease.
In addition, I offer targeted movement therapy designed to address the root causes of movement limitations that may be contributing to pain and discomfort. I also teach LYT Method Functional Yoga classes at Green Tara Yoga. These biomechanics-centered classes create a mobility-enhancing journey to achieve optimum function.

Welcome & Hello!
I’m Joi Dupre, a dedicated practitioner with a deep passion for movement and massage. My mission is to create a supportive space that nurtures and honors the whole body. In every session and class, I bring expertise, dedication, and enthusiasm to deliver a personalized, healing, and educational experience.
Through my work, I aim to help you move through life with greater ease, freedom, strength, and peace ...
Because MOVEMENT is LIFE!
Much more of the brain is devoted to movement than to language. Language is only a little thing sitting on top of this huge ocean of movement.

Orthopedic Massage & Bodywork

Understanding that joint position dictates muscle function, I prioritize assessments before each session to identify the root cause of a client’s pain, discomfort, or complaints. This process allows me to design a treatment plan that best serves their needs.

LYT Method®
Functional Yoga & Movement

Founded by international yoga pioneer and physical therapist Lara Heimann, LYT is a sophisticated practice method rooted in the principles of physiology, kinesiology, and neurology. This method emphasizes a deep understanding of movement mechanics while offering an intense, purposeful movement experience.
This energizing and playful, core-based vinyasa practice fosters strength, alignment, and vitality. I also integrate my biomechanics expertise into these functional yoga and movement classes, offering a unique blend of science and flow.
