Orthopedic Massage
Orthopedic Massage combines assessment, clinical reasoning, and targeted hands-on techniques to address pain, tension, and movement limitations. Rather than focusing only on where you feel pain or tension, I look at whole-body relationships and the patterns that may be contributing to it.
Sessions may include active or passive movement, breathing strategies, and simple exercises to help your body integrate the work and support more lasting change.
