Based in Jupiter, FL, Joi Dupre brings 26 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist specializing in Orthopedic Massage and Movement. She integrates various techniques including Neuromuscular Therapy, Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, Muscle Energy Techniques, Neuromuscular Positional Drills, Diaphragmatic Breathing, and Corrective Exercises to address biomechanical imbalances and movement limitations.
In 2022, Joi began advanced training with biomechanics specialist Conor Harris and has since studied with experts Mike Cantrall PT, PRC, James Anderson PT, PRC with Applied Integration Academy; as well as with Zac Cupples DPT, CSCS and Katie St. Clair CSCS, CPT. Joi holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Science and is a certified 500-hour LYT Method functional yoga and movement instructor. Additionally, she has a Bachelor of Arts in Dance.
