Developed by a licensed physical therapist, LYT focuses on core strengthening, yoga flows and functional movement to provide a full body training method that helps you improve and care for your body. Classes are designed to help with full body improvements and health, from the inside out. LYT focuses on bringing in traditional yoga movements with functional movements, designed for core strengthening and physical therapy based health. With LYT, you will learn to recenter your body and mind alignment, improve strength and flexibility, and overcome joint pain.
